EZ Bright concludes Contract for Exclusive Sales Distributor ship of Photoluminescent Pigments for North American Market with Co-leash Corporation (USA).

EZ bright Corporation (Osaka, Japan) made an exclusive sales distributorship contract for photoluminescent pigments produced and supplied by EZ Bright for North American market (USA and Canada) with Co-leash Co. Inc. (Tampa, Florida) on April 3, 2006.(a)

EZ Bright Corporation is a producer of a new-type of photoluminescent pigment, the main ingredient of which is Strontium Aluminates. Compared to the old Zinc Sulfide-based pigments, this new-type has the following superior properties.

1. The afterglow period is 10 times longer or more.
2. The pigments are non-toxic.
3. More resistant to ultraviolet rays.
4. There are no radioactive ingredients.

Therefore, this new type is used as a raw material for safety exit signs and markings, paints, inks, and plastic products. EZ Bright started producing blue-emitting pigments, getting the patent license from Nichia Corporation, the world-famous LED lamp producer, in addition to green-emitting. They have also successfully developed the pigments emitting sky-blue and orange.

They are not only producing photoluminescent pigments, but also positively developing applied products using the pigments by collaborating with several leading application producers in Japan.
